G. CINELLI - ESPERIA CORPORATION® Manual Sheeters come with complete Enamel Painted or optional Stainless Steel Heavy-Duty structures. Excellent for use in sheeting all types of soft pastry dough as well as stiff pizza or other types of dough. Oxidation resistant large diameter cylinders adjust for opening between .2mm to 40mm (.00787" to 1.6"). Belts are of varied speed from entrance to cylinders and exit from cylinders for exceptional fold free sheeting action. The differentiated speed of the belts between entry and exit of approximately 35% avoids possible dough obstructions, stretching and tearing of delicate dough. The CG/SF models boast a belt speed of 57 cm/sec (22 ½"/sec) With an optional cutting station and two speed motor, the CG/SF 600 L/T allows for sheeting and cutting of various products such as croissants, and round, oval, or other shapes for pastry production.
