Our multi-purpose final Mobile Proofer is our answer for limited space applications. Built ruggedly, it is sure to afford you many years of use. The proofer is mounted on heavy-duty rubber casters and is fully insulated. The exterior and interior is made of durable non corrosive, sanitary material. Our reinforced stainless steel door is not only of the highest quality, but also aesthetically pleasing.

The interior contains all aluminum heavy gauge angles. If one desires spacing between the angles to be other than that of the standard, optional configurations are available upon request.

The water reservoir is constructed of stainless steel and contains two (2) 1500 Watt elements, one is used for steam and one is used for heat. Heat and humidity is controlled independently via thermostat monitored controls.
