G. CINELLI - ESPERIA CORPORATION'S® CG/CRO 2000 Automatic Croissant Machine is capable of producing a wide range of croissants. The machine calibrates dough to desired thickness and uniquely stamps the dough in two distinct operations to avoid dough adhesion upon dies. Once the dough has undergone these processes, it is conveyed to the forming section. While being transported to the forming section, it is automatically spaced upon the belt reducing product adhesion. The forming section of that machine rolls the triangles gently without the use of flour. The forming section can also be adjusted to obtain diverse product results.
