Made expressly for traditional Bagel producers, created by craftsmen and constructed of heavygauge Stainless Steel. This exceptionally constructed kettle is powered with a high efficiency ring burner. The ring burner allows for a rapid water temperature increase and exceptionally quick recovery time.

This unit is constructed completely of Stainless Steel. It features a 40 gallon removable tank, and is insulated with three (3) inches (7.5cm) of Mineral Wool. It comes standard with a backsplash, removable
tank, removable perforated tray, and adjustable Stainless Steel legs. Options include: a timer pack,
24-Volt Gas valve, throw out tray, and Stainless Steel hood. Available in either Propane or Gas. Other models available upon request.
